Who We Are

Joseph E. Seagle is licensed to practice law in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and the District of Columbia. He graduated from UNC–Chapel Hill in 1993, where he double-majored in English and Anthropology. He then went on to attend N.C. Central University School of Law where he graduated in 1996 with a Juris Doctorate degree.

While practicing general corporate and real estate matters, representing timeshare resort developers and other real estate developers in the construction and development of single-family subdivisions in North Carolina. Joe also focused much of his time on representing buyers and sellers in the purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate. In 2001, Joe moved to Orlando, Florida, where he joined a small firm focusing almost exclusively on representation of real estate developers and the firm’s title company, conducting hundreds of real estate closings and settlements.

Vanessa B. Adams brings over two decades of corporate legal department experience in the hospitality industry to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Aspire Legal Solutions / MyLandTrustee.com. She studied Business and Paralegal Studies at Ashworth College, which laid the foundation for her extensive career in legal operations.

Vanessa joined the team in October 2023, bringing a steady hand and strategic mindset to the firm’s growing operations. Before that, she served as Director of Legal Operations at Marriott Vacations Worldwide and Travel + Leisure’s legal department. There, she became known for her ability to untangle complex operational issues, including stepping into a leadership role for an underserved international region and building credibility across language and cultural barriers.

At Aspire, Vanessa oversees all law firm and trust company operations. Her responsibilities include managing finance and accounting, human resources, administration, and office management. She also serves as the company’s EOS Integrator, aligning day-to-day execution with long-term vision and growth strategies.

Vanessa lives in Orlando with her husband, Erik, and their two daughters. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the vibrant Orlando community, and traveling to experience other cultures around the world.

Rachael Shaw is an Administrative Assistant at Aspire Legal Solutions / MyLandTrustee.com, where she thrives on organization, teamwork, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Originally from the Youngstown/Warren area of Ohio, she now calls Orlando, Florida home. Rachael brings a positive, detail-oriented energy to the office, making her a vital part of the team’s success. Outside of work, she’s an avid reader and loves spending time at Universal Studios with her family. Life stays busy and joyful as she proudly supports her children in their passions—as both a Competitive Dance and Soccer mom.

Mariana Bellino is the Administrative Assistant at Aspire Legal Solutions / MyLandTrustee.com, where she plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensuring cross-functional efficiency. Originally from Argentina, Mariana brings a strong organizational background, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement to everything she does. She’s fluent in both Spanish and legal jargon—often switching between the two with ease—and has lived in three countries, embracing the richness of diverse cultures along the way. Outside of work, Mariana enjoys traveling, playing pickleball and volleyball, spending time at the beach, and relaxing with board games and card games with friends and family.

Originally from Brazil and with a background in Veterinary Science, Enrico brings a unique blend of empathy, strategic thinking, and client-centered communication to every interaction.
