👤 Who is John Chin?
  • John Chin, a USAF veteran, is the cofounder of the Investor Agent community of licensed real estate agents who specialize in serving investors and building personal wealth through real estate.
  • He started selling houses in 1995 while serving in the military.
  • His first listing was sold to a real estate investor. This transaction changed the trajectory of his business, to focus exclusively on investors. 29 years later, he and his partner, RH Richards, help agents close distressed properties and creatively financed home sales.
