Yesterday, March 19, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division, vacated FinCEN's Residential Real Estate Reporting Rule that required reporting of all beneficial owners of trusts and entities that were transferees of residential real estate in non-financed (no-bank-involved) transactions.
