How Aspire Legal Solutions Uses AI to Improve Law Firm Operations

AI is no longer just a tool for drafting emails or answering quick questions. In this episode of Trust This, Asset Protection and Estate Planning Attorney Joe Seagle explains how Aspire Legal Solutions went from forming a small internal AI task force in 2022 to using AI throughout its marketing, operations, employee training, financial reporting, and business planning. Joe shares why AI works best as a thought partner that helps business owners turn ideas into actionable projects without unnecessarily adding more work, vendors, or expenses.

Joe walks through several real-world examples from the firm, including using AI to create and distribute the weekly Trust This newsletter, develop marketing content, document standard operating procedures, produce employee training materials, and build internal software. He also discusses Sherpa, an internal AI assistant designed to help team members find information and work through questions before bringing them to leadership. These systems have helped the firm reduce repetitive work, simplify onboarding, preserve institutional knowledge, and give employees faster access to the information they need.

The episode also offers practical guidance for business owners who are unsure where to begin with AI. Joe explains how Aspire Legal Solutions gained companywide support by starting with a few early adopters, sharing their results, and gradually expanding AI into other departments. Watch the full episode of Trust This to discover how AI can help your business work more efficiently while supporting, rather than replacing, the people responsible for moving it forward.

I just love getting around other business owners, entrepreneurs, founders, and even other lawyers who own their own law firms and discussing how we’re all using AI day to day in our businesses. So to sort of put that on the table today, I want to, you know, talk today about how we use AI and how we got there today and, what we’re doing. I see a lot of our law firm clients, a lot of our coaching clients who could really benefit from using AI. But I think a lot of people just don’t even know where to start. And especially if your organization has gotten a little larger, it’s kind of hard to get that buy in from people.

So the first thing I’ll talk about, and I’ve said this in another video is we actually started an AI task force in 2022, last quarter of 2022 and we had two or three of our crew members who agreed to be part of that. The lead was really sales and marketing because they had already started looking at how they could be using AI to help create content, to help edit content, to, for, for marketing, social media marketing, for search engine optimization, for answer engine optimization. So in 2022 we really started looking, could use AI for our marketing. And over time that has grown since then. I mean I’ve read a book, it’s called the AI Driven Leader by Jeff woods and I would recommend it to any business owner, or any other leader in business.

Maybe you’re a head of a division, or a manager of a department. But the big, the big takeaways I got from that book is number one, AI is not a replacement for a human being yet, at least not right now. So AI is not replacing humans, but it is a great thought partner for you as an employee, as a business leader, it is a great thought partner. It is there to take your ideas and help you to coalesce those into projects, into visions, into actual programs, content, products. It can take what’s in your head and it can make it real for you, it can help you push initiatives forward, things that you used to look at and go okay, well I’m going to have to hire somebody overseas to put this together and I’m going to have to hire a computer, it’s group to write this software and I’m going to have to hire an ad company to help me with my SEO on my website and I’m going to have to hire somebody else to design the actual website and put it together and I’m going to need somebody else, a marketing and funnel specialist to help me with my marketing funnels.

I’m going to need, you know, all that. You can literally give the AI what you’re looking for and it will start putting all that together for you. So things that used to, we would look at our rocks, any Os, there’s those projects, those 90 day projects that we set out for ourselves. And every leader in the company has at least three to seven rocks each quarter projects that they promise to get done. And those projects are designed to move the company forward for that quarter.

So I’m just putting that out there for anyone who’s listening, who’s not an eos, run business, operating business, entrepreneurial operating system. Just read the book Traction by Gino Wickman, you’ll understand what I’m talking about. Or watch some videos on YouTube. There’s a thousand, thousand of them out there. But we found that rocks that we used to put in place.

We would only have maybe, you know, one or two rocks a quarter because we’d look at it and go, yeah, this is going to take a lot of effort and a lot of energy and a lot of money over the next 90 days and a lot of me, you know, herding cats as far as pulling together all the different resources and people from inside and outside the company to get this done. So it’s going to take a lot of work and money and effort and energy for me to get this done. Now, whenever we have something like that, first thing we do is, okay, how can AI, help us with this? How can AI help us do this faster? How can.

And cheaper. And so you really just throw your ideas in there and say, here’s what we’re thinking about and what do you think? And they’ll start putting together everything you need for that. Programs, operations, and a lot of people go, oh, no, no, no. My company, what we do, my law firm, what we do, my coaching program, what we do is all so specialized, no one understands what we do.

We only do plumbing in commercial buildings over 80 stories high within one mile of a beach. So therefore, no one could ever figure out what we do. And I say this to every business owner because I hear this all the time. And I used to say it myself, nobody can ever do what we do. That is, you’re hero showing you think only you can do what you can do.

But trust me, every single business has commonalities to it. And anyone who has gone through the EOS process implementation process in their business realizes a law firm, a plumbing company, an air conditioning company, a construction company, a real estate wholesaling fix and flip company, a personal injury firm versus an estate planning firm. You all, all have commonalities. You all have to get customers, you all have to get your brand out there. So you all have marketing, you all have sales, you all have operations to get the work done that, Marketing and sales has brought in.

And you also have administration, you have hr, payroll, finance, budgeting, IT facilities. You got trucks, automobiles. You’ve got to manage this. Every business has that. So there’s nothing special about you.

Yes, your operations may have some very special trade secrets and processes that you’re not going to go out there and just tell the world about, of course, but you can talk to your AI about it as your thought partner, and it can help you walk through improving processes. It can put together SOPs, standard operating procedures. You just sitting there and talking with it, telling it what you’re doing, how you want to do it. You can actually record a video of you doing something, upload that to the AI and the AI can take that, turn it into a transcript as you’re talking your way through it, what you’re doing on the video, and it will turn that into a training video for someone in the future so that you don’t have to continue doing what, what you’ve just done. Whether it’s typing on a computer, installing a new toilet, rewiring a circuit breaker box, all these things can, with AI as your thought partner, can help you do all that stuff a lot faster and easier with much less energy and effort than you had built up in your head that it would take without AI.

Number one. So let’s get into some of the things that, that we’ve done. Number one, I’ve talked about in the past how a lot of people just use AI generically, or they don’t pay for it, and that’s a mistake. That’s a bad way to use AI. If you are simply going to AI your AI, whatever it is, and saying, hey, I want you to write my standard operating procedure for, or my hiring funnel for how I hire a new, receptionist for the front desk, or how we answer the phones after hours and get emergency messages to a person or something like that.

If you’re just doing that, you’re going to get a pretty, pretty generic answer back and it’s going to be pretty boring. So one of the things that, that I did it was, number one, we used to, I used to be on OpenAI’s chat, GPT ChatGPT was the first really good one out there. And it was, and it is fast, don’t get me wrong. But, over time, as of a few months ago, we moved, I moved over and most of our entire office now pretty much has moved over to Anthropics. Claude.

Now, Claude was created by, a bunch of engineers and leaders who left OpenAI a, year or two ago when they had a sort of a mutiny internally with Sam Altman and when he wanted to take it public and, and, and, and make money with it, when OpenAI had always initially been, hey, we’re doing this for the good of the planet and the good of humanity. And Sam Altman sort of takes it and says, no, we’re gonna, we’re gonna make money with this. And so a lot of the anthropic, a lot of the people left and they went and they, they created Anthropic and Claude. So arguably, from what it looks like, some of the best engineers, some of the best minds left OpenAI and created Anthropic and Claude, and Claude now seems to be the one ahead. It’s always about half a step to full, to two steps ahead of anything anthropic.

I mean anything that OpenAI is doing with ChatGPT. So number one, we, we use Claude, for the most part because it is much more, it’s just more powerful for, for what we, we do. With that said, it’s not great at rendering, pictures, photographs and, and, and pictures, graphics for our marketing materials. So for rendering graphics we just use Gemini, which is the, which is Google’s AI and we give it, we actually have Claude to write the prompt to describe the picture that we want Gemini to create and then we copy and paste that over into Gemini and Gemini creates the, the video, the, the picture. So that’s how we use that.

So, most of you know, most of you, most people who tune into this podcast also subscribe to my newsletter, my weekly newsletter. Trust this. The Trust. This newsletter comes out every Friday morning at 8:15am every single week. And I often have a lot of people go, when do you have time to write it?

Because every single week there are five sections to every news to that newsletter. Every single week there’s five sections. The first section is today is, and it is some date in history, it’s correlated to some date in history. And there’s also a situation awareness of something. Not always, but usually a situation awareness where there is something that has happened in the real estate world or the business world or the world in general that is going to affect your life and you need to be aware of this.

And it may be something as simple as hey, our office is closed on Monday for the holiday. Or it may be something as big as mortgage rates have hit an all time high, so be prepared. Then. Then there are two articles. The first Article is sort of a big picture article and it’s just something usually I’ve read somewhere.

I read voraciously throughout the day. That is how a lot of my time is spent reading, and I’ll tell you, I read, I read Bloomberg, Housing Wire, Fortune, Fast Company, and tons, the Atlantic, and just tons and tons of other publications, every single day related to real estate, related to business in general, related to entrepreneurship, relate, Kiplinger, that’s another one I read a lot. And estate planning, probate, asset protection. I’m constantly reading all these things and as I see something that catches my eye and I think, you know, that’s, that’s interesting, I take that and I turn it into a markdown, and version of the webpage. And markdown is just simply a very simple.

It’s, it’s sort of, it’s text based but it has special codes in it. And what it does is the AI can read it fast and go through it fast. Whereas if it’s a PDF or if it’s an HTML page, a web page, or if it’s a word document, it’s a little bit slower and takes more energy for the AI to, to review that document and synthesize it. So I’ll turn, I’ll turn that article that I see into a markdown and then I will put it into my AI. I’ll explain how I do that in a little bit.

So the first article is big picture, big, big story. Something that’s, you know, big idea, something that’s happening. The second story is sort of a strategy kind of story about something that, that I see that’s going on that maybe my readers need to be aware of from a strategic standpoint. They need to understand this is coming. And I need this.

I need to start taking action now to prepare my business for it so I can pivot a lot of business owners. And this is why I started the newsletter in the first place. Years ago I started the newsletter. It’s been going for years and years. But a lot of folks, and I tell people this all the time.

I do the legal documents for business owners all the time. I set their businesses up and too many of them fail. Not because my documents were bad, but because they had no idea how to run it as a business. All they did was create a job for themselves or things changed. The world is constantly changing.

Politics, wars, the economy, styles, what people like, generationally, what they prefer, and all these things are constantly changing. And if you’re not Always trying to look ahead to see what is going to change come down the pike. You’re always going to be fighting yesterday’s battle and that’s you, you’ll never win. You’ll always be behind if you’re doing that. And too many of my clients over the years, I saw them, all they’re doing is going, well I’m still, I’m trying to get this done and I’m going, dude.

The interest case in point, case in point was the, the 20, 22 flash crash when interest rates jumped in the second half of 2022, mortgage interest rates just jumped. I saw it coming in the, in the second quarter of 2022. I saw that that was going to happen. I go to my leadership team and I go, and my operations team and I go, look, we’re going to see a lot of subject to closings coming through down the pike. So the, the land trust business is going to be very busy with subject to the legal side is going to be very busy with subject to closings and we need to gear up for it, get templates ready, get our processes ready, get our marketing out there under, get our salespeople trained, our non lawyer salespeople trained on how they’re going take these off of our marketing and convert them into clients.

And so we, we did pretty well during the flash crash. I mean unfortunately a lot of people were dying on the vine because interest rates were rising so fast. But we had already pivoted in the second quarter of that year. So we were ready. We just sat back and, and waited for it and it happened all the way into the next 2023.

So I’ve learned, you know, stay ahead of the curve, look and see where interest rates are going. Look. And if you’re in real estate at all. No, and I’m not paying, I’m not talking about paying attention if you’re in real estate. A lot of people unfortunately pay attention to the Fed rate.

That has nothing really to do with real estate mortgage rates. Mortgage real estate rates are tied to the ten year treasury bill and that’s what I look at for when I’m looking at real estate. But I’m looking at credit cards and business credit and how businesses are going to do. I’m looking at the Fed rate but for real estate I’m looking at the 10 year T bill and the spread on that to see how things are going. And I, and for that one I pay a lot of attention to housing wire.

So again being totally transparent. So Anyway, the first two articles are that it’s one’s a big, big thing, going on the news today. Number two is a strategic thing, something you may want to think of, that’s coming up. Third thing, the third article is always dedicated to something related to our law practice or our trust practice. And it’s talking about retirement, finances, something like that, estate planning, asset protection, new statute that’s coming down the pike, something like that and how it can benefit you.

And then the fourth article is always focused on coaching because this brings me to another argument. A, reason why I have the newsletter is because again, I could do all the documentation in the world, it could be absolutely perfect. But if you and your partner in the business are getting together and you’re both visionaries or you’re both integrators, you’re going to fail. Or if these roles are not defined from the outset, if you don’t have a vision, if you don’t have core values, if you don’t have a three year vision, if you don’t have a one year vision, if you’re not looking every week at certain numbers, if you’re not setting rocks, tons and tons of things there, if you’re looking at tactics instead of strategies or strategies and not tactics. All these things I talk about in that last article of the, of the, the four article newsletter every single week.

So if you’re not subscribed to the newsletter, do that, but everybody goes, well, how do you put this newsletter together? Because you can hear, I mean that’s a lot of work. There’s a lot of stuff going on there. One of the things I did was I have, again, like I said, we went over Claude and I found this guy on YouTube and he had developed this cowork OS for, for Claude. And it was 97 bucks at the time.

I think it’s about 112, 115 now. Worth it. Because what I did was I downloaded that, followed all the instructions, took all of the information that ChatGPT, my chat GPT AI had brought it over into Claude. And then once I installed this cowork OS inside of my Claude, cowork system, which automatically comes with Claude, by the way, There’s Claude chat, Claude cowork and Claude code and CLAUDE design. We’ll get to all those in a minute.

But with the Claude cowork I said, look, I’ve got a newsletter. Here’s where it is. Go find it. Pull down every edition that you can find that I’ve That’s out there and see how I write it and come up with a way that I can just put stories ideas into you each week and you will automatically go ahead and write the stories, the articles, something that used to, I used to spend 14 to 15 hours a week on. I now spend max two, two hours a week.

But most of my time now is spent simply curating ideas for the newsletter. Not actually sitting down and writing it, not designing it, and so constantly. So now at this point it creates folders for me for every single Friday out. And I think now it’s, it’s July right now and I already have folders out to the end of September, at least 60 days out. I’ve got the folders there and what I.

And then inside each folder it’s got article 1, 2, 3 and 4. And so if I see something, I will take it and I’ll drop it into the next empty article one, the next empty article two or three or four, whichever one it fits, to go with. So then automatically every Sunday it goes through and it checks and it says, okay, you got, every bin is full, everything’s ready to go. And I’ve already moved it up to this week’s next edition and I’ve moved everything else up and I’ve created the next farthest one out folder for you. So it’s all there.

So I get a report every Monday morning that, that happened overnight on Sunday, on Tuesday afternoon, it literally writes the newsletter. It logs in to my newsletter, publication website and creates the newsletter for me. So usually by Tuesday afternoon, Tuesday evening, I can go in and I edit and I read every story it came up with. I create the, the, the images in Gemini based on the prompts it gave me and put all that in. Another thing it does is off that Article 3 that’s related to the practice area.

It goes in and creates an entire marketing content package. It creates a script for a short video reel for me to record it, which I’m going to talk about in a second. It goes ahead and creates a lead magnet that is tied to that third article. It creates a long form version of that same article for our main website. And then it also creates all the, graphic prompts for Gemini for all of the graphics that will go with all of that marketing material for that week.

So then all. And what it does is it goes ahead and creates an email to our marketing director that says, hey, here’s everything for this week. So by Tuesday afternoon, marketing already has everything that is going to happen. On Friday, they have that by Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning, so they can go ahead and do their thing. And that’s, that’s really how I generate that newsletter so quickly every week now.

And I get a lot of good feedback on it. But if you’ve not subscribed, I would, you know, please implore you to subscribe to the newsletter. I think it’s a great newsletter and a lot of. I get a lot of great feedback on it. And if for nothing else, just for the coaching article at the end, it’s, it’s great.

But a lot of people tell me, hey, I heard about this because you put it in the newsletter. But then that also ties into our, Our, Our, content for that week for marketing. Another thing it does, going back to that, that video script, it does. A lot of times I, I don’t have time to record those short videos. I just, I’m traveling.

I’m. I’m just exhausted from recording. So, we actually have a. An AI Me. It’s my voice.

I record my voice. I. It took a video of me for about 30 seconds, so it knows how I look. And we can feed that script into AI Joe and it will create that, that video short, that then runs on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, throughout the week as a post. And it’s really then ties everything back to the newsletter, ties everything back to the website, which drives traffic back to us, which helps build the brand even more.

So that’s one big way we’re using it in marketing. In the operations side, we have used, AI to document all of our processes. And again, we use that same AI Joe to, voice over all of our training videos for all of our new employees as we hire them. So onboarding has become much, much easier than it used to be. It’s not, watch me do you, do I watch you do you do on your own.

Come to me with questions later. Because that’s tying up two people for two weeks solid, as hard as it can go, and sometimes even longer to learn a job in the, in the company. Now that onboarding, they should be able to finish all the videos in the first two days of work. And that gives them the history of the companies, the history of me, our, core values, our ten commandments, our vision, how we got where we got where we are today, what we do, who we do it for, why we do it, and then gets into the nitty gritty of. And here’s how we do it.

Getting into that we use Claude code. We have used Claude code to actually create, programs. We. We know nothing about coding. I have absolutely no background whatsoever in computer programming, but with CLAUDE code, I can come up with an idea, or anybody in our office can come up with an idea and say, hey, I want to create, create a program that does this, this, and this.

Use our brand colors. Because we’ve got those in the memory. It has those in the memory from our marketing side, it has our brand color scheme in everything, and our slogans. It knows everything that we do. Since we’re aspire.

Everything’s based on a mountain, so it’s usually going to try everything to tie everything back to a mountain theme somehow. And it will come up with ideas and things, and then it will write the program. It’ll just write it. So we have used it to. Actually, we are working right now.

Our rock this quarter is to roll out an internal program that we use. One of the biggest complaints we had from our crew members is that we have too many computer platforms. We have too many different platforms to go to for different information and to get things done. So we are coming up with, through Claude code, one platform that will integrate and use all of the other platforms as much as possible to reduce the number of subscriptions we have, and to speed up our training time and make it easier for our crew members to get through their day, generating work, getting things done that they can move faster because they’re not having to constantly switch from one, tab to the next one program to the next one thought process to the next to get things done. So that’s another way we’re using it.

I wanted to, come up with, an internal, chatbot that the crew could use so that instead of coming to me to ask the questions, they could go to the chat bot first. So one weekend I told Claude to create this, and it did. And it’s called Sherpa, and it runs internally. We’re rolling that out, over the next couple of weeks internally. And it will treat the crew members the same way I would whenever they come to me with a question.

First thing is, okay, well, what places, other places have you looked for an answer? You know, and what other answers have you come up with? What do you think? The answer. And then, well, here’s, you know, your answer’s partially right.

Not right, but it’s sort of a Socratic method so that they’re learning, not just getting an answer from Me, and Sherpa does that. Sherpa does exact exactly the same way I do. Now, a lot of people go, but how, how, how did you do that? Joe and I used to ask the same thing. Well, one of the things we do is every single.

And we disclose this. You have to disclose this. But every single phone call that comes into our office or goes out of our office is recorded. Every email is retained, every, text message that comes through our practice, management software is, or our CRM is retained. And how we answer those questions, my podcasts, treatises that I go to whenever I don’t know the answer, books, learned people I go to and ask questions whenever I’m looking for an answer.

All of that is in my Claude cowork os. It has been indexed. Not only that, but it also, every day will go to the transcriptions of every meeting I’ve ever had that day, pull them in and index them. So it knows what answers I’ve given to questions, to clients, to third parties, to by email, by phone, or in zoom meetings with clients. And so it’s as if the entire crew has been allowed to sit in and listen to every single time that I have had a discussion with a client or written an email to them to explain an answer.

Now they have that, and it’s got guardrails on it, of course, because it’s got attorney client, you know, privilege and attorney work product in there that created all this. So, only people who can access that are our employees inside the office. It can’t go outside, and it’s not used to train any other models or any other, anything. But that is how we leverage all of this knowledge. The newsletters it has, all of the newsletters information it has, like I said, it has every transcript of every meeting I’ve ever had, every podcast I’ve ever done, coaching ideas, it has every bit of that in there.

And any of the crew members can go ask Sherpa first before they come to me. So that just frees me up even more as the business owner, to think, to sit, to have time to sit with clients and really think about their issues and try to solve their problems with them. And that’s again, what AI has done for us. We’ve got it working, of course. I mean, it works deeply in our sales and marketing.

It reviews, it guides us on SEO day to day, it guides us, it lets us know where leads are coming from, which ad led them to us, which marketing channel led them to us. It’s used everywhere. But again, it’s a thought partner. In our finance and budgeting department, our, CFO uses it to reconcile our bank accounts, all of our bank accounts, trust accounts as well, weekly, so that we know everything that’s cleared that week and everything is applied to an invoice automatically, through the AI. It analyzes all of the data each week and provides financial reports for us to let us know how we’re doing if we’re on budget, off budget, hitting projections or not.

And again, it has, it started in 2022 with, just a task force and it has now in 2026, it’s permeated every facet of our business and everybody in the office has now bought in. And one of the things that I got from the AI driven leader is to find some of those early adopters inside your business who are, you know, gung ho about adopting. And that’s exactly what we did with the task force. Those were the early adopters. And then at every L10 meeting each week and every town hall meeting every quarter, they would report out, hey, this is what I’m using it for this week.

This is how we’re doing it. This is what it does. And as more and more people heard that inside the company, they started all their, their objections and doubts started to put fall away and they started thinking, okay, well, maybe I can use this in my department, maybe I can use this in my job. Maybe it is good enough now to do what I needed to do. So that is sort of the way we use it.

And some tips that I would give anybody from a, you know, a 30,000 foot view that if you are not using AI in your business and you want to know, well, how in the world do I even start? Number one, I recommend Claude Anthropics Claude for your day to day work. Chat GPT is still really good if you just need a really quick, simple, cheap answer for something. Chat GPT code. I still stick with Claude code.

I’ve seen it do more than the, OpenAI coding can do. Grok. I sort of stay away from Grok. Everything I’ve heard about GROK is that it’s pretty biased. The one good thing about GROK is if you’re wanting information about sentiment right now, where the world is going or some news or something that’s happened right now, GROK is your best place to get that.

I don’t, I don’t use it for anything else. Perplexity. I use that very little. I see that More for more complex scientific and mathematical issues. I’ve.

And I don’t have those in what I do. I’m just, I just don’t use that. But I could see where health sciences, environmental, sciences, people like that would definitely, probably use Perplexity more often. Gemini, Like I said, Gemini is really good for search, because it has access to all the Google data. It also does pretty good graphics, imaging pretty well for our, when we’re needing, you know, me, my, my likeness and my voice to do something.

We use a, It’s a, it’s a, an AI product called Synthesia. We use Canva. AI permeates Canva throughout, for a lot of our graphic arts work that we need done. Canva, takes care of that for us. For instance, coming up with backdrops for videos, things like that.

But Claude design has really, you know, improved a lot of stuff. We can make full websites, or landing pages at the least with Claude design at this point. But yeah, we’re just finding that AI just permeates everything we do now. And it’s really our first, go to. Whenever we are facing a new issue, we try to figure out how can AI do this without us having to hire another person or add additional work to someone who may already be at full capacity.

I sort of liken it to back in the day before COVID ever hit. One of the things that we did was we started looking at, well, how could some of this work that we do, why does everybody have to sit in this office? Could we do work remotely? Could we have someone overseas doing the work? What, what processes in our office require a human being sitting in an office and tangibly touching stuff to get it done?

And so we broke down every single process in our office that way. And as to whether, well, this doesn’t require physical presence. This requires physical presence. And we came up with a lot of stuff. We were very surprised at how much could be done.

So when Covid hit, we had already gone through the exercise because we had done it in our SWOT analysis, to determine, hey, what happens if something. We were usually thinking in terms of a hurricane, the physical office blows away and everybody has to work from home. How are we going to get this done? So we’d sort of done it just as a, an intellectual exercise. But when Covid hit, all those lessons we had learned immediately went into effect.

And so we were ready when Covid hit that everybody was like, oh, so we’re working from home. Great. We’ve already set up remote access, we’ve already set up cloud servers for all the data. We’ve already prepared ourselves. Everybody has printers at home, we have, everybody has high speed Internet at home.

We have internal communications. We, all of our phones were already voip the mail, Great, go down, pick it up, take it home, scan it, and everybody gets what they need out of the mail. So we got to the point where we realized very quickly it’s like, oh, we don’t need as many people in the office. We’ve done exactly the same thing with AI. Everything we look at we go, does this really take a human being to do this?

Do we really need to engage our outside IT company to do this? Or can we do this internally? Do we need to go on guru.com or fiverr.com and find some way, someone else overseas to design this or to, to program this, or can we just do it in Claude automatically? And we found about nine times out of 10 we can just do it with Claude. And even when we do go outside, like for instance, if we do have to go to our outside IT company to do something, we basically just take the emails they send us, we put it into Claude and say, okay, what do they need?

And Claude analyzes and says, tell them this copy paste, send it back to them. And it’s almost like we’re having real conversations with them. And I’m seeing exactly the same thing as a lawyer now where my clients are using AI to analyze documents before they send them to me for review. They’re using them to analyze documents I’ve sent to them. And they’re coming back to me with points that they, you know, tweaks that they want for their specific situation.

And I’ve got no problem with that. That’s great. That’s another thing. Claude has skills built into it, and one of the skills it has is legal, legal skills. Reviewing contracts, reviewing NDAs, reviewing, leases.

It’s got all that just built into it. It’s got tons of knowledge. And you just go, slash legal. And that brings that skill to life. And you say, slash legal.

Analyze this contract. And you drop it in and, and say, I’m, the, I am the tenant in this commercial lease. Find any, you know, provisions that are weighted too heavily against me and suggest language. So a lot of clients now will do that. And it’s either before they ever come to me or they’ll, they’ll do that as their preliminary negotiations, back and forth with the other party.

Then when they get down to The Nitty Gritty and their AI keeps saying, you need to talk to a lawyer about this. That’s when they finally bring it to me. So I just come in at the end and I spend maybe 30 minutes on it, as opposed to four hours. So it saves them a lot of time, a lot of money by doing that. So that’s just another way, you know, you could be using AI in business, but this has gone on too long as it is.

So I’m going to let you guys go. But I want to thank you for listening. I have fun sharing how we have used AI. If there’s anything else that you guys have questions about, please comment below. We’ll get back to you.

Or it may, you know, we may make another video about something, but if you liked it, like, subscribe, and subscribe to the newsletter. We’re going to put links to that down below. I’ll also make sure that we put a link down below for that cowork OS download that I used. Like I said, I swear by it. It was great.

It is great. And it has changed. And we had four of us in the office who did that with our Claude. And it has just. It’s got our voice, knows everything about us, knows everything about our business, knows everything I’ve ever written, knows everything I’ve ever said.

Knows how I think and knows where I go to get information. Because it has all of those treatises in there as well that it can refer to, whenever it’s answering questions for me or through Sherpa, for any of our internal crew members. So we’ll make sure that we get a, link down below for that as well. And until then, until later, please comment below. Let me know what you think.
